Full title could be "The Effects of Using the Internet", or as I've decided to call it: The Intardnet.
Basically, if you don't get it, the emote walks up the the computer, starts using it, and gradually gets more and more retarded from browsing the web. Something which seems to happen to a lot of people these days.
Its a very good animation n' all, but is it funny to mock people with mental disabilities? In England most people would consider it on the same level as racism :/
People that overuse the internet and computers may turn into socially inept recluses at their own will, but is it right to compare these people to others with actual disabilities?
No it only happens when I find something really cool on the net...like now

We as people are all the same really, we cry, love, create, we feel pain, we are extremely powerful, beautiful, and extraordinary. In the end our Race, Class, Wealth, none of it really matters.

I don't feel what you feel I don't want to feel this incomplete No one here can tell me How to fill this space between Everyone knows you're my one regret Everyone knows you're my one weakness
No, I'm not mocking people with actual disabilities, and if you honestly think that I am, or in any way feel insulted by what I wrote in the description or in how I portrayed the emoticon, it was in no way intentional on my part.
You just need to take things with a pinch of salt, mate, especially on the internet, which is partly what my point with this was in the first place.

good one ! and the animation is brilliant as usual
-- If a vagina is art, so is a penis too. If a woman's ass hole is art, so is a man's ass hole too. If a woman's breasts is art, so is a man's chest too. If tied up women is art, so are tied up men too.
I know your not exactly mocking people with disabilities, I just don't think the joke of the whole piece works particularly. The first impression I get from it, is that if you sit in front of a computer for hours on end on the internet, you'll turn into a retard.
I'm sure what you were trying to put across is along the same lines of 'Make Love Not Warcraft' no? In South parks' version of events, the kids sit in front of their computers for hours playing Warcraft, they get fat, spotty and stereotypically 'geeky'. To me, that works as they are neglecting their bodies and suffering as a result of it.
But the resulting persona of your character is that of someone who has no control over the way they are. I'm sure you had no intention of this, but it is as simple as a few pixels that have made the expression on the emoticons face that bothers me.
Normally something like this may not bother me, but I know you are a great talent and a lot of people will see this.

There is no reason why we can't understand that.
