Full title could be "The Effects of Using the Internet", or as I've decided to call it: The Intardnet.

Basically, if you don't get it, the emote walks up the the computer, starts using it, and gradually gets more and more retarded from browsing the web. Something which seems to happen to a lot of people these days.

I'm sorry but if the creators of South Park had implied that overuse of a computer is the equivalent of having a mental disability then there would have been outrage. Now i know there are no bad intentions behind this, but 'retard' is a very offensive and powerful word, regardless of how it is used.

The description clearly states that this animation is about someone who uses the internet and gradually becomes more 'retarded', i just think the choice of words was inappropriate.
