We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. But, well, word "retarded" is used every day by a lot of people in a meaning absolutely not having anything to do with people, who suffer from mental disabilities directly. D:/ I mean people are calling each other "imbeciles" and other terms, but it's just common way of speaking these days. D:/ No one means to offend disabled people, not in here at least. :-/
